PREORDER GUIDELINES

Note that preorders have a set shipping timeline. Please be aware when the preorders will close and items will ship. There will be no way to provide items ahead of this timeline or rush ship. 

If you purchase other items in addition to preorder items, all of your items will ship together after the preorder deadline has closed.

Preorder items are available in one size, color, etc. that cannot be substituted. If you wish to obtain a different size or color, please contact me at transfers@karabeeco.com, but note that the preorder price will not be honored for custom requests.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds for preordered items will not be given after the preorder deadline has closed. Damaged items may be returned upon provision of proof of damages.

ROLLING SHIPPING INFORMATION

For preorders: Your order will begin processing on the date that the preorder closes and will ship between 1-2 weeks AFTER that.

For all other orders: Your order will begin processing on FRIDAY at noon ET regardless of when you order and will ship between 1-2 weeks AFTER that. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be given after this timeline has closed and your order has begun processing.
