When will my items ship?
The subscription is considered a rolling preorder, so items ship between 2-3 weeks once you've been charged!
When will I be charged for my next subscription?
You will be charged every 2 months (i.e. every other month) to the day! So if you ordered on June first, you will be charged again on August first.
How can I skip or cancel?
Log in to your account. From there, you will be able to skip or cancel. If you've been charged already but want to skip or cancel, refunds can only be given as long as the order has not started processing yet, usually within the first 24 hours.
How can I change my tee shirt size?
Fill in the contact form on this page and I will be able to modify your tee shirt size. Please provide your account name and email if possible.
