Items are eligible for return if they arrive damaged. Please email help@karabeeco.com if you believe your item is damaged. You will be required to provide a photo of the damage and may be required to return the item. Because I am a small business, I cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged and I hope you can understand! Please read all item descriptions prior to purchase so that you won't be disappointed if a product isn't what you thought it was. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges of any type.

I know you want to get your hands on these amazing products as quickly as possible! My current processing time* is one week, and that will be true for most of the year. However, during busy times, that may extend to 2-3 weeks. The banner at the top of every webpage and my social media will alert you to any delays.

*"Processing time" refers to the time that it takes me to make your items (because they are handmade, girl!) and to package them before driving my lil car to my local post office to ship them! So please note that the processing time does not include the time it will take for our beloved USPS to deliver the items to you.
